Our chef creates bistronomic dishes for your delight, using fresh produce. His cuisine creates a real “wow” factor, with everything made in-house: carefully prepared, varied, seasonally creative and complemented with Alpine specialities. He will gladly devise tailored menus for group meals or banquets and is happy to adapt his dishes to any special dietary requirements. There are also daily set menus at lunchtime, half-board set menus in the evening, by reservation, and numerous suggestions..

We take particular care with our breakfast buffet and our afternoon range of savoury and sweet goods.

For our guests, we offer half-board whenever we are open at CHF 35 per adult and CHF 20 per child.
